Welcome to maisocial. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to maisocial. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products and services to you.
By browsing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Business Use & Accounts

Commercial Use: Our store is designed for businesses, sole traders, and professionals. By purchasing our services or digital products, you agree that you are purchasing them for business, professional, or commercial use, and not for personal, household consumption.

Account Responsibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. You are responsible for keeping your account details and passwords secure. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details for all purchases.
2. Orders, Pricing, & Customisation

Order Acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. If we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email provided.

Price Changes: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

Product Visuals: We try to display product details and colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will accurately reflect the exact product appearance.
3. Comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our primary client base consists of businesses and includes instant-access services, we operate under a strict No Refund framework under UK law for B2B transactions.

Digital Downloads: All sales of digital products, templates, and instant-access downloads are final. Once access is granted or a download link is generated, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Design Packages: Custom design work is paid upfront to secure your booking. Once design work has commenced, this upfront fee is strictly non-refundable.

Print Packages: Because print items are bespoke and custom-made to your specifications, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If there is a physical printing error or transit damage, you must notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence. These will be reviewed and handled strictly on a case-by-case basis for a reprint or credit.

Event Tickets: Tickets for live events, workshops, or webinars are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to a colleague or business representative, provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice before the event.

Memberships: Subscriptions and memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; however, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required prior to your next renewal date to stop future billing. No partial refunds are given for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Deliveries & Shipping

Estimates Only: All shipping and delivery times provided for physical goods (like print packages) are estimates only. maisocial is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you once we pass the goods to the courier.
5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on this site—including designs, copy, templates, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by maisocial or our licencors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

Usage Restrictions: Your purchase grants you a license to use the products for your business as specified at checkout. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sub-license, or exploit any part of our digital downloads or designs without our express written permission.

As-Is Provision: We may provide access to optional third-party tools or links (such as plugins or external resources). We provide these "as is" without any warranties or endorsement. Your use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.
7. Errors and Inaccuracies

Corrections: Occasionally, our site may contain typographical errors or omissions regarding pricing, descriptions, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors and update information or cancel affected orders at any time without prior notice (including after an order is submitted).

You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on others' intellectual property, to transmit viruses/malicious code, or to scrape data using automated tools or AI agents without authorisation. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if you violate these rules.
