The maisocial Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Business-to-Business (B2B) General Policy

Standard Rule: All sales to business entities, sole traders, or individuals purchasing for professional use are final. Because digital assets, event tickets, and bespoke design service blocks are granted or initiated immediately upon purchase, we operate a strict No Refund policy, subject only to the specific service exemptions detailed below.

2. Digital Downloads & Instant Access Products

Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," they are completely non-refundable.

  • The Policy: Due to the digital nature of our downloads, templates, and instant-access resources, all sales are final once the download link or access code is generated. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

3. Design & Print Packages

Designs are paid upfront and print issues are handled case-by-case. In the UK, custom or bespoke goods are exempt from standard consumer return laws anyway.

  • Design Services: Payment for custom design packages is required upfront to secure the booking and cover initial strategy and creative development. Once design work has commenced, this fee is non-refundable.

  • Print Packages (Physical Goods): As print items are bespoke and custom-made to your specifications, they cannot be refunded or returned due to change of mind. If there is a physical defect, printing error, or damage upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence. These will be reviewed and dealt with on a case-by-case basis for a reprint or partial credit.

4. Event Tickets

  • The Policy: Tickets purchased for maisocial live events, workshops, or webinars are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another business representative or colleague, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event start time.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

Since memberships are ongoing, a clear exit strategy is required to prevent billing disputes.

  • The Policy: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership at any time; however, to prevent your next scheduled payment, a minimum of 30 days' notice is required prior to your renewal date. No partial refunds will be given for unused time within a billing cycle if notice is given late.
