Thank you for choosing Maisocial. Because we offer a mix of instant digital access, custom design services, and physical print goods, please review our specific shipping timelines and liability policies below.

1. Delivery Methods & Timelines

  • Printed Products: All physical print orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you so you can follow its progress.

2. Turnaround & Dispatch Workflow

We bridge the gap between design approval and physical printing to ensure accuracy:

  • Design + Print Orders: If we are designing the product for you, the print turnaround time begins after you have officially approved and signed off on the final digital design.

  • Print-Only Orders: If you are supplying your own print-ready files (and no design service is involved), production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Direct Liaison: Because custom business print orders can have unique requirements, our team will liaise with you directly via email regarding specific printing timeframes, proofing, and expected dispatch dates.

3. Courier Liability & Damaged Packaging

  • In-Transit Issues: Once physical goods are transferred from Maisocial to the courier (Royal Mail), the title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. Any defects, damage, or delays caused by the packaging being mishandled or compromised during transit are the sole responsibility of the courier.

  • What to Do: If your package arrives visually damaged by the courier, please take photos of the unopened packaging before inspecting the contents, as this will be required to lodge a formal claim with Royal Mail.

4. Print Faults vs. Courier Damage

We maintain a strict distinction between external handling issues and internal manufacturing errors:

  • Print Discrepancies: If your items arrive intact but there is an error, defect, or discrepancy with the actual print quality or design application itself, this is handled by us.

  • Resolution: Please report any print production errors to us within 7 days of delivery at maisymoo.g@gmail.com with photographic evidence. These issues will be reviewed and dealt with strictly on a case-by-case basis for a reprint or shop credit.
